The Role of Vice Presidents and Directors in the Success of Agile Initiatives

The evidence is in and it's compelling: well-executed Agile practices can shorten software project schedules by 30% while also cutting defects on the order of 75%.

Spend a morning with your peer executives as we explore the critical role you play in the success of Agile projects, and ultimately business success by using Agile to embrace change and adapt to the market's competitive demands. Meet those who who have guided Agile transformations and learn how success depends on the skills of the VP and Director roles in leading Agile projects.

You'll have the chance to hear from our keynote speaker, Steve Davi, who was featured in Ken Schwaber's book, Software in 30 days.  Steve led SeaChange software engineering through the transformation to Agile, and is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Synacor. He is responsible for their overall software product development as they continue to innovate and launch new products.

In addition, there will be a panel of executives who will discuss their Agile transformation experiences. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and consider Agile development in the context of your own company and situation.
